Meditation and mindfulness are invaluable tools when dealing with stress, burnout and anxiety. More than that, they enable us to gain a deeper knowledge of and connection to ourself, improve our relationships with others, and increased concentration, focus, and creativity.

1:1 meditation and mindfulness coaching is perfect if you don’t know where to begin, have tried meditation before but felt like you were doing it wrong or were ‘bad’ at it, it just didn’t seem to stick, or if you just feel ‘stuck’ in your life
During coaching sessions April will cover the basics of meditation and mindfulness and will hold you accountable. You’ll also have access to on-going guidance and support for when you encounter difficulties or have questions. Unlike traditional relationships with health-care practitioners, this style of coaching allows you to access support outside of regularly scheduled appointments so you can shift things in the moment.
What to expect:
Learn basics of meditation and mindfulness
Receive guided meditations specific to your goals and needs
Mindfulness tools and worksheets
On-going support via text/email 7 days a week
Weekly or bi-weekly 45-60 minute sessions
Spiritual guidance (if that’s your jam)
Post-session notes, resources and recommendations
With this coaching experience based in mindfulness, April will become your Third Force. Together, you will develop your skills towards increased productivity, focus and improved relationships. During sessions you will work through the 8 Elements Approach which includes a study of your environment, habits, and relationships across all areas of your life. You will cultivate a consistent meditation practice, gain tools and strategies towards increased success and experience an overall improvement in your well-being.

8 sessions with on-going support and guidance | $1500
4 sessions with on-going support and guidance | $800
