Mindfulness and Stress-Reduction
In this workshop, you will also learn how to use mindfulness and meditation to deal with stress and support mental health. Shay Bachelet, Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Meditation Teacher, will cover the basics of mindful eating and meditation and then lead a guided meditation - no experience needed.
